Eligibility for home visit acupuncture appointments
A home visit service is available in the Norwich area for those with complex needs which impair your ability to attend face-to-face appointments in clinic. Home visit acupuncture appointments will include consultation and treatment and may be 60-120 minutes in duration according to individual need.
The home visit service is available to eligible persons in the Norwich area for acupuncture or tuina manual therapy treatment. A travel surcharge is applicable to attend homes in excess of a 10 mile travel distance from NR2 1DR.
Eligibility will be confirmed in advance of your appointment.
A new patient consultation is not needed in advance of this appointment type unless desired.
Pricing for home visit acupuncture appointments
Home visit acupuncture appointments are charged at £70.00 per session. Tuina manual therapy, cupping, guasha or other modalities may be integrated into your treatment at no additional charge. Herbal medicine can be integrated into your treatment at the typical rate.
A travel surcharge is applicable to attend homes in excess of a 10 mile travel distance from NR2 1DR at £1.00 per mile.
A parking surcharge is applicable to attend homes where no convenient free parking is available at cost.

Beginning treatment for home visit acupuncture appointments
Home visit acupuncture appointments will include consultation and treatment and may be 60-120 minutes in duration according to individual need. Please ensure you have noted a list of medications, dietary supplements, herbal remedies and other treatments you may be taking, as well as details of your surgical history and any other therapies you are currently undergoing.
Your home visit acupuncture appointment can be booked below. The online booking system is simple and convenient to use. On booking, you will be prompted to complete a short form covering directions to your home, your current care provision, the space where treatment will be carried out and your eligibility for home visit acupuncture appointments. Adaptations will be made according to your needs. There may be some additional assessment, palpation and consultation carried out during your first acupuncture session, as well as some paperwork. You'll be introduced to the process of treatment, and we'll make sure you're comfortable before commencing any treatment. There is never any obligation to undress beyond your comfort level.
Reviewing your progress
We'll continually check in and periodically recap with comprehensive reviews of your progress. You'll always be involved in how your care is planned.
These reviews will usually take place during your regular home visit acupuncture appointments, or you can schedule a separate consultation appointment. You can also schedule a separate consultation appointment if you need to update me on something that’s cropped up in between your regular sessions.
Consultations carried out by video call are provided at no additional cost.
