I offer a comprehensive service using herbal medicine for your healthcare needs on the basis of professional judgement. This is available anywhere in the UK by video consultation, and in Norwich by face-to-face consultation or alongside regular acupuncture or tuina manual therapy treatment. I use a fixed weekly fee structure which covers the herbal materials you will be sent, their postage and my time as regularly as you need.

Getting started with a comprehensive consultation
Whichever modalities are involved, we’ll begin with a comprehensive consultation to plan your care. In this first session, we’ll talk about your health issues and underlying health picture so that we can agree the treatment plan. I value patient-centred and patient-lead care, so you’ll always be steering this process.
This can be carried out either in conjunction or separately to treatment. A new patient consultation appointment (without treatment) can be scheduled below - the booking system is quick and easy to use. A new patient consultation in conjunction with acupuncture treatment or tuina manual therapy treatment can be scheduled on the respective acupuncture and tuina pages.
New patient consultations are typically 60-90 minutes. Please ensure that you are familiar with the medications, supplements and herbal remedies you are currently taking, as well as the details of your history of surgical procedures. This information is required before we can get started with any treatment.
Consultations carried out by video call are provided at no additional cost. Consultations carried out in clinic are subject to a charge, and you may choose to combine with treatment - the fees are specified clearly below.
We can also check in at any time during your course of treatment with a routine video consultation or a routine face-to-face consultation, typically 20-30 minutes. Whether something’s come up that you want to let me know about or whether there’s something you’d like to chat through involving your care, you can schedule a routine consultation at any time.
